With Sofiane, we met on the side of a football✠training of Sport dans la ville, đ an impactful NGOđ fighting for social & professional integration through Sport. After a school đšâđ«path in Trappes & a diploma in accountability, he discovered the challenges to start a career without network đĄand mentorsđŠ. After several jobs in restauration, banking and insurance, he decided to get a fresh start with a purpose driven mission đin the social sector. 3 years ago, he joined Sport dans la Ville as Insertion Manager. Sofiane currently ensures a personalized coaching for 90 young disadvantaged teenagers living in the suburbs of Saint Denis.đ âïž
đOne of the key factors of success for Sofiane was his passionâ„ïž for theatrical improvisation which enabled him to adapt himself to every situation. Today, he dedicates tremendous efforts đȘto enable young people to become chameleons capable of adapting, expressing and behaving themselves differently based on their environment.
